Customer Experience Account Manager | St Albans | Permanent | £24k - £26k + bonus

We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive Customer Experience Account Manager to join our award-winning client in the telecoms and IT services sector. The Basics

·        Salary is £24k - £26k

·        Mon – Fri 9:00am -17:30pm

The Responsibilities:

You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service, and your primary objective will be to establish relationships, identify opportunities and maximise customer retention, through office-based support. Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience for a base of circa 150-200 business customers, billing over £50,000 per month.
