The Basics:

• Trainee Mortgage Adviser – Office based

• Starting salary of £23,000, plus regular bonus opportunities

• Full training with support toward CeMAP 1

• 1 Saturday shift per month (9am–2pm), Monday–Friday standard hours (9–5 or 10–6)

  
  

The Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients through fact-find calls to understand their needs

• Accurately recording and processing client information

• Working closely with experienced advisers on real cases

• Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and text

• Taking your first steps toward CeMAP 1 qualification (fully supported)

  
  

The Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication

• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn

• Strong multitasking and organisation skills

• Confidence and clarity in dealing with clients

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
