The Basics

• Salary: £36K- £38k DOE

• Full Time Permanent

• Monday to Thursday – Office based in Borehamwood, Friday – Home working

• 35-hour working week

• Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice to SME clients both verbally and in writing.

• Manage Employee Relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, and TUPE matters.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and managers on general HR issues and best practice.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a proactive and professional approach.

• Support clients with commercially focused HR solutions tailored to their business needs.

• Attend client sites occasionally when required.

• Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy through excellent client service.

Skills & Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.

• Strong Employee Relations experience.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Confidence advising SME business owners and managers.

• A proactive, organised, and professional approach.

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment.
