An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to focus primarily on sales, new enquiries, and re-broking renewals where required. This is a hybrid role suited to a commercially driven individual who can develop new business while managing client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Basics:
Salary £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + commission
Hybrid working (2–3 days in office)
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new business opportunities
Handle incoming enquiries and develop client relationships
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Re-broke renewals when required to secure the best terms
Negotiate with insurers and place a range of commercial risks
Deliver high levels of service and maintain compliance standards
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial insurance
Strong sales and business development focus
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Good understanding of UK commercial insurance products (e.g. Commercial Combined, Liability, Property, D&O, Professional Indemnity)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Acturis experience beneficial but not essential
Professional qualifications (e.g. ACII) advantageous
